Q&A interview with Prosperity Goldfields (V.PPG) CEO Adrian Fleming

Can you tell us about Prosperity Goldfield’s (TSX: V.PPG, Stock Forum) summer exploration program at Kiyuk Lake, Nunavut and what were your objectives?

Two objectives; find new areas to drill and better define the existing targets. To do this we conducted a property-wide geochemical sampling program, detailed grid geochemical sampling and a lot of prospecting and mapping by experienced geologists

What was the outcome of the program and what are the next steps?

Assays are still coming in but the property-wide geochemistry, the first such survey on this property, has identified a number of new targets plus confirming the main zone of drill identified bedrock mineralization. The work in the summer has been very successful; in particular it helps better placement of holes for the winter 2013 drill program.

What distinguishes Prosperity Goldfields from other companies in your space?

I think our technical prowess, the management team, and the fact that we have previously made discoveries sets us apart. We are also a one project company, one project because we know it is a winner.

Why is Kiyuk similar and more compelling today than your 2008 Yukon discovery with Underworld?

Kiyuk is more compelling because there are more, better, drill hole intercepts then we had at the same stage of the evaluation of Golden Saddle, plus the multiple gold showings indicated from the recent property wide till sampling.

Are there any other projects within the company that you want people to be aware of?

One is always open to new opportunities, whether they are technical or corporate

What are the key goals for the balance of 2012 into 2013?

Assimilation of the balance of the results from the recently-completed summer program. Aggressive drilling in 2013 and definition of gold resources.

Why should I invest in the company?

Right now our stock is cheap, there is opportunity to leverage off drilling news and the improving gold price, and we have started and sold companies before.

Is there anything else you would like to add, Adrian?

We want to work with you to encourage investors to follow us since I believe we will deliver.
