NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jun 11, 2014) - DirectView Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: DIRV), a company focused on the ownership and management of leading video and security technology companies, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, DirectView Security, has successfully installed a complete video surveillance and security system at RaceLine MotorSport's new Palm Beach Kart Center, located at Palm Beach International Raceway in the West Palm Beach suburb, Jupiter, FL.
The company has provided a comprehensive security and video surveillance upgrade to the facility. DirectView was asked to consult and design a complete solution to aid in the safety and security of the facility and its employees, the racers, patrons and spectators. The DirectView system allows track management the ability to have much greater control of their security, allowing them to visually see that drivers and spectators are in safe areas using the new DirectView system. DirectView also designed an alarm and perimeter protection system to ensure that people are not in unsafe or restricted areas of the facility. The track is a popular attraction used by casual drivers, IndyCar and NASCAR drivers as well as many corporations for private track driving and training days. The most recent event held at the Center was put on by Mercedes AMG.
Commenting on the announcement, Roger Ralston, CEO and Chairman of DirectView, stated, "We are very pleased to have been chosen by the group at Raceline. Safety and security are paramount at racing facilities and our solutions, services and cutting edge equipment will ensure that visitors and staff will have a safe environment. Once again we have demonstrated our potential reach, race track facilities are just another of the countless vertical markets that can use our products and services."
Rony Miron, VP and Sales Director of Palm Beach Kart Center, commented, "After having been able to use and review the security system that combines both an alarm system and security cameras, I can only express how positively impressed I am with the professional installation of all the equipment and the quality of the cameras and security system themselves. As former security consultant and advisor, I can appreciate the need for quality equipment like the one provided by DirectView, the clarity of the cameras both in light and dark conditions is outstanding and the response time from the alarm monitoring center is impressively fast.
"My congratulations to the installers for the hard work and dedication, and my thanks to DirectView for outstanding equipment!"
