Tiller Amends Private Placement



VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / April 16, 2014 / Tiller Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: TIR; "Tiller Resources", "the Company") announces it has amended the terms of its private placement previously announced on March 13, 2014. Subject to regulatory approval, the Company will issue up to 8,666,666 units at a price of $0.075 per unit for aggregate proceeds of up to $650,000. Each unit shall consist of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each transferrable warrant shall be exercisable into one further common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 for a term of 5 years from closing. All securities issued under this private placement will be subject to a statutory hold period of 4 months from closing.

Any funds raised will be used for future acquisitions and general working capital.
