CP Rail, Methanex shares reach 52-week high

Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. (TSX: T.CP, Stock Forum) briefly hit $125.27 on Wednesday before closing at $124.58, for an increase of 3.19%.

On Feb. 22, the transcontinental railway declared a quarterly dividend of $0.35 per common share that will be payable on April 29, 2013 to holders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2013

The second company to make the 52-week-high list was Methanex Corp. (TSX: T.MX, Stock Forum). The stock hit a new peak of $37.43, before closing at $37.37, for an increase of 2.86%.

On Jan. 31, the methanol supplier declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.185 per share that will be payable on March 31, 2013 to holders of common shares of record on March 17, 2013.
