Microcap Report: Zenn Motor Co. (V.ZNN), LX Ventures (V.LXV) active

Shares of ZENN Motor Company Inc.  (TSX:V.ZNN, Stock Forum) plunged 39% to 13.5 cents Monday on news that James Koffman will resign as Chairman, interim CEO and as a director, effective May 19, 2014.

According to the news release, the parade didn't end with Kofman as another director at the company, Allen Gregg, offered his resignation effective May 19, 2014, but the bloodletting still wasn't over with the out-going Kofman and Gregg as ZENN also told Jamin Patrick that his transition consulting contract would not be extended.

LX Ventures Inc. (TSX: V.LXV, Stock Forum) dropped 15.4% to 11 cents, after the company said the popularity of its Mobio Insider social network platform has reached new heights with 221,000+ registered users and 4.8 million unique visitors.

“Mobio continues to expand its global reach, with the next leg of growth coming from the recently launched revenue-sharing program, “Be Social. Get Paid,” commented Mark Binns, CEO of Mobio in a press release.

It's hard to comment on muddy waters. Although the article described the shuffle going on, it did not amplify on the status of the inventor of the technology. It did not say a thing about the state of the technologies recovery from the failures it was experiencing. The game plan isn't clear yet. I'd like to help.
