Virtutone Networks (TSX-V:VFX, StockForum), a Sherwood Park Alberta-based provider of Voice over Internet Protocol and Fax over Internet Protocol and related phone services to both business and residential customers, revealed financial numbers for the month of January.
According to the news release, the company had managed to generate over $9.2 million in revenues during the month.
Virtutone CEO, Jason Allen, commented on the achievement, “$9.2 Million in revenue for the month of January, is a great way to finish off our fiscal year.”
Then concluded, “With the financing we just closed off, we are set for a record breaking month in February.”
Virtutone was in the news recently when the company announced the appointment of a new CFO.
Shares climbed 8.89% on the news to $0.49 per share.
Currently there are 27.2m outstanding shares with a market cap of $13.3 million.
