Keith Creel will become President and COO of CP
Canadian Pacific Railway (TSX: T.CP, Stock Forum) Monday announced the appointment of Keith Creel as CP's President and Chief Operating Officer effective February 5, 2013, this according to a company news release.
Creel was previously executive vice president and chief operating officer at Canadian National Railway.
In a separate announcement, Canadian National Railway reported a legal settlement between itself, CP, and its former CEO Hunter Harrison, which includes CP agreeing not to hire certain CN employees until December 31, 2016.
