Unless I am mistaken, CLL still owned the refinery, which provided verticle integration. When they weren't making money on producing, CLL was at least earning on the refining. We were better off with Guisella! with the refinery! |

It was explained in the conference call. The security agreement has a repayment formula, and the $26 million is the calculation based on the formula. If more than the $26 is paid, it will not count towards the 2013 calculations, YPG would still... |
