The thing that puzzles me is the clause in the proposed second financing that says that it is subject to certain conditions being met but does not explain what they are. As for the dilution, yes it is worrying but if it gets us to the financing... |

They will have to unless either someone else overthrows it or some international force invade and replace Bozize. Both are very unlikely. I'm sure the same issues were around when Bozize took control. |
