There is no reaction because there is nothing new. The PEA just formalizes what has been known for a long time. Only a buyout, or a rumor of one, will significantly move the share price. |

No, because you do not get any shares from the rights offering if you have sold. If you are short it is even worse, because then you have to give shares to those that want them in the rights offering for 20 cents, and that is impossible for a sho... |

They should fall the day the rights are used, is what I meant. There could be a technical delay in issuing the shares, which is irrelevant of course. |

A rights offering should not change the price at all in a perfect market. The price per share should fall the day the shares are issued, not before. |
