Anyone recieve theirs? Mine came a few days ago - need to crack them open and figure out how to vote no or not give my proxy to the BOD. Actually quite surprised no one mentioned receiving theirs. Really shows how few actual shareholders there ... |

Good - at this point I don't want any more FIS value attached to a share of DML. An AMW / FIS merger makes sense. They should just do it at the same time as the spinco, spin out an equal number of shares as AMW and then start the merger proce... |

Given that right now about $.48 of the FIS shareprice is based on DML or 42% of our market cap I'd say talking about DML is pretty darn significant. Until that vote goes NO or someone else bids more for FIS we're tied to DML. So you'r... |
