I was on many consturction jobs of long and short duration,in management or close to it and do not find that the case on average.I was just asking a question about what this is really about,,I do not know. |

why have they not been paid,for work that has been done,every contact has the scope of work,if there is a change,thats called an extra,before the contracter proceeds with the extra work, the owner,in this case being Orbite signs off on that extra... |

with all they accomplished,with all thier achivements and timelines met,have to admit some smart people to build what they have in that time frame,but then to be off 3 months and 25 million to acheive 5tpd,maybe they counted on j/v money ,strange... |

when i asked the person on the phone at IIROC if the halt was ,in their opinion a combination of the previous halt and abnormal trading or just todays activity,he said it was just the trading activity of today.ha |
