They won`t be throwing in the towel, they will be saving the company. The common shareholders will be left with nothing and they will reissue shares the company I work for just did it. Nothing changes for them they just get a clean slate to work ... |

I agree thats exactly what is gonna happen, they will dissolve shares and reissue. They have no other choice. |

Well that'll probably be it for Foremore and Seagold! Should get a good buck for them with what is already done on the projects. The question is will it be enough to pay off debt and restart the mine. |

Well than if u are only going by the black and white facts and don't want to speculate and take a chance you should not be in this stock. I've been at this for a while and trust me, if u want more than 6 percent a year u have to sometimes... |

Simon, the reason there is no talk about Roca is cause there is nothing to talk about, they are sitting idle for almost a year. Waiting for the economy or moly to give them a reason to restart, they obviously have a deal in place with their credi... |

There's a good article on the front page of stock house about tungsten and how some juniors could sky rocket. Sadly Roca wasn't mentioned, they should exploit that asset it may not just save them it might put them on the radar for a take... |
