It means they have a buyer that will commit to purchasing 50% of the mines output. This is key to getting banks to lend the money to build the mine. Avanti is looking very good - it is amazing the stock is trading so low. |

Although it is good news (and they are talking an Asian agreement as well in the near future) it is sort of like being almost pregnant or winning the lottery - tomorrow. Until things are firm you will not see the stock move much. |

Well I think things are looking good for Avanti. We need the moly price to say where it is for a bit which should shut down a few more expensive producers. LOL. Next up will be off take agreements and financing. I would guess that we will see a 1... |

I don't think anyone is basing anything on the Nisga at the moment. It is just the market in general and the price of Moly wavering. |

I think the Nisga lost their credibility with the public by asking for the $100k per year to protect the moose. Avanti should not have to pay that but they did - and that shows that the deal has been made. Now, moving forward, the Nisga get paid ... |
