If the offer was sweetened IMHO Armz wouldn't chance it at another 10%. The second they counter everyone will know they want it and the statement about not increasing the offer was pure bs. They would have to sweeten by at least another $0.50... |

Voted NO last night for 70K shares. Seriously...how could any member of the board have believed that the offer maximizes minority shareholder value?!? Obviously three didn't. |

Agree that BNN could have offered a lot more insight into the topic. They basically re-read the press release and said little more of value to the investor currently holding the stock. |
