Looks like the placing could be announced any time now. EGM date in the next few days. Could be the last chance of getting into a producing graphite company before it starts to take off.

Stratmin Global is planning on a reverse take over of Graphmada of Madagascar subject to an EGM due in January 2013. If all resolutions are passed Stratmin will 100% own Graphmada making it the only graphite producer listed ona main stock exchange.
