i sense we are very close to an announcement. It's far too quiet on the trades and I suspect major firms have been brought over the wall and told not to trade any further. |

Not sure I would read too much into this short position. It is likely used to keep a lid on the price for negotiation reasons. Plus whoever the short house is, they may very well have several milliion shares from .60 to cover their position. |

As much as I'd like to see RRX acquire NVS for a premium, I suspect if RRX did make the offer it would come a as merger not as ideal as 100% cash. RRX Mcap is ~$300M, & NVS is ~$200M. A 30%-40% premium would take NVS Mcap up to $260... |

It could be the buy back. If you were the CEO, you must be thinking an acquisition is at higher levels, therefore, we have already announced our buy back program and ear marked the cash for it, so buy back cheap shares and create less dilution ... |
