wintersun. there is no problem. nothing has been lost. ownership has been transfered. that's all. this isn't a Cash buyout. you still own the properties and the Mill and other properties that EFR owns. this is a good deal. |

You have not lost anything at all. why would Sumimoto be against it? it is just a transfer of ownership. Instead of STM you are now EFR. sounds good to me. |
