Tonight is conference call and heading back towards the secondary issue price. Hopefully that will put a floor on price but wouldn't surprise me if 80 cents was busted. Must be one of the only biotechs with a decent product and FDA approvals... |

Well at least the NDA is in so some good news. Another coincidence that the NDA is submitted the day Melynk starts selling his 12 million. They could at least have waited a day after Melynk could start selling shares to make it look less planned.... |

I am also a little confused what RBC postion is and as the link doesn't work perhaps you could clarify.....do they think the stock should be trading at $2.50 now versus 0.90? If so do they have a longer dated PT? Not sure what they think wil... |

In other words Melynk is going to use any share price pop from the NDA filing to sell his shares into.......so keeping a lid on any appreciation. As I said previously.....smelly. |
