Not to down-play the significance of the statement, but it has not changed from previous quarters. The only difference is they went from 2 mil working capital to 3.7 mil deficiency (current assets less current liabilities). Having said that man... |

Honestly if they sell the company for 35 cent/share tomorrow I wouldn't be too upset knowing that it is not going down any farther. |

I did a quick google search and can't find any specifics. My guess is yes this is public disclosure. It has been reported on several outlets so if ML wants to refute this story they already had a few days to do it. |
