This is a fairly common practise of Pine Tree. Nothing unusual in these transactions. |

The shares have a 4 month hold. PNP shares are much more liquid & if they appreciate in value EVG could come out not too shabbily. If this was the only way management could do a deal to raise money then it's better than selling assets or ... |

Another thought after I posted is EVG's CEO might not even wait for the Pine Tree shares to go up,he might just sell them quickly to raise needed capital. This is a very costly transaction for SH's IMO. |

My guess would be that management could not get anyone to do a PP without warrants attached that would dilute the company even further to raise money. I also guess management hopes the SP of Pine Tree will appreciate before EVG's shares thus ... |
