@whiskeytango - So if you and your neighbour built a fence and then your neigbour went to Vegas and hit the jackpot - or maybe instead he went bankrupt - the fence you own with him won't change in value. It's seperate from anything else... |

Letsgetready and wintersun10 have it right imo. A FCU/AMW merger would be based on an accounting valuation and not a market one. 50/50 split for both groups of shareholders. |

Can always count on greenview1 to do the research! The 18.73% stake is worth about $23M. Not an insignificant amount but perhaps not enough to move the needle too far if it's spread around proportionally. Still better than nothing though. |

Interesting read but so what of it? I believe the implication you're making is that FCU's share price is related to HAT's timeline. Unfortunately though, you've failed to provide any insights into the comparable size of the dril... |

I picked up a chunk too. A lousy trade is waiting for a buy-out offer, In that scenario, the price is up over-night and then you have to speculate on a competing offer to make any money. I'd rather speculate on the resouce. |

Market expects that it will be Langer Heinrich, but the $45M write-down on Kayelekara in Q1 may have been done because that's what PDN has seen bids for part of it come in at. Unless of couse LH is being used as a proxy for valuing the rest ... |
