I agree unless KWG has the easement go their way and the Black Horse is golden I will not support the 50 to 1 |

Its clear the court does not need EA...If the easement is granted to Cliffs then they will need an EA for MNR to allow construction. Then there may be another fight to get access to the KWG claims to carry out the EA |

After a post on this board I did my own investigating. I inquired if an EA was required before the easement decision. To: "mnr.nric.mnr@ontario.ca" <mnr.nric.mnr@ontario.ca> Sent: Friday, May 3, 2013 10:32:44 AM Subject: easemen... |

I don't see this as a loss but a win win situation. They would of drilling that part anyway just to see how far the orebody extended into NOT claims |

Was it a dumb mistake??? The best discoveries were mistakes. We may have a mine combination larger then Big Daddy. |

With the potential size of the chromite ore (blackbird 1 and 2 and blackhorse) and the RR to NAKINA this can be an excellent mine proposal for both NOT and KWG |

There is possibly a light at the end of the RR tunnel |
