The PEA will come when it comes. Personally, I'd like to think that they are already in serious talks with people who may not want the PEA to be released at all. Clearly this is wishful thinking. Who knows, maybe we'll get a buyout of ... |

Mr, Shan is part of Springleaf Enterprises. I think Springleaf Enterprises ownsa bunch of shares and then several individuals there own a bunch of shares. I would think these trades are probably just swaps of some sort. |
