I was wondering the same thing. When I asked her " why not late December?" Her response was basically " teck managers were away during Xmas and to be fair and play nice in the sandbox we thought jan 2nd would be fair" |

I talked to Denby today and she confirmed that all docs were sent a few days before x-mas... PEA was forwarded on Dec 24th. All that being said she also told me that they haven't initiated the 60 days just yet... they are hoping the official ... |

I dont know how anyone can say otherwise. looking at level II there is nothing but pressure on the ASK side. This closes at a measly $0.04/share today. |

She is honestly the worst. I've had countless dealings with her over the past few months and it feels like I'm dealing with a schoolgirl. Very unproffessional, way over her head, and very limited knowledge. |
