Dawg, not sure this is arranged really. Just some weak hands and someone wants to buy but not visible on the bids because they don't want to show their hand me thinks so they can accumulate. That's really why Level 2 is somewhat useless... |

funny, there are people watching this for sure based on the size of the Bid and Ask and when the ask drops, there is a take out of the ask without it being actually shown on the ask, because someone is watching and taking up shares at this level ... |
