Where is anymore news on the buyback? What about the data room? Where are all the people looking at the company? What about any contracts? Same old stuff from these people - looks like they need to go at the next AGM. Getting impatient... |

They weren't that great - but a couple of things. Spent close to 1/2 mln on the takeover this year...thats 2 cents in eps..and it looks like the penalty on the contract wordings has changed for the better from June. And only one contract cont... |

Looks like Do All has been kicking the can since Dec 2011...morons. Not sure why the board didn't go out earlier and engage other parties and wasted 8 months with these guys. But at least now they are off their bums and doing good. Still hopi... |

The Company is worth more than BV and that they settled on 1.37$ knowing about the penalties. At least now they can solicit bids and maybe a white knight can be found...based on their press release, I don't see why not. This is good news!! |

It will be very interesting to read the press release and the reason they give to refuse the offer other than the book value and other things we know about. Wonder if they will explicitly state that they will be looking at strategic alternatives.... |

Why would you as a shareholder take below $1.37...like cardboard said, liquidate the business and we'll end up getting a lot more as the property I'm sure is undervalued and shown on the books at cost only.. |

I tend to agree with Cardboard - 83 cents is a joke. And this means the board has to get off it's backside and find a buyer quick - I have a feeling it can still be close to 1.37$. The penalty is only 5 cents and that is one quarter's pro... |
