Remember any takeover offer will put MPV in play. Do the TIGs want to chance that without making an unbeatable offer? If the TIGs offer X and then are over bid how do they then not accept the counter offer for their shares? A takeover is not that... |

They just did a rights offering so they would not have to dilute the shareholders. The offering brought in plenty of money. |

When partners transfer assets to newco that means they plan on putting money into it and the asset is easier to value. This is very positive. One doesn't take on the expense and time of creating a new company for no reason. Clueless! |
