Agree with islandjon, no need to do a consolidation when you are under 100 million shares. Just makes the stock more illiquid with thinner bids/asks as well. |

Maybe the price is being suppressed til the additional financing is complete and the ten cent level has some particular meaning. Though Wek's debentures were based on a 20 cent redeemable price so can't see any new money being below that.... |
