Agree! My understanding is FR has until 11.59 tonight to make an offer EQUAL to or SUPERIOR to CDE offer. If they do Orko MUST accept FR offer and proceed with the deal with FR. IF they (FR) do NOT make an offer then Orko has to accept into an ag... |
