SE Saskatchewan has been for sale for some time. I was thinking they should be able to sell that relatively easily but not happening. Seems like there is some value there but lots of liability and I think that is getting in the way. 4 or 5 mil... |

I am sure if Marquee seen $7 million for Saskatchewan they would jump all over it. |

I know they are trying to sell Sask assets but these are real tough properties to sell. I am not sure what else they have to sell but will it really change their balance sheet that much? |

I know PetroBakken was going to test injecting or flooding the Bakken with Natural gas. Does anyone know....did this work? Its been a year so they should have results. |

Just a wild....way out guess. Canera is buying Torquay to convert into a dividend public company..... Because I can not see them wanting these properties. |

Honestly I do not see any chance of a competing bid. I think it is fair value for the company. I did not look at the tax pools etc. etc but really there is no or very little upside on their properties. I am not sure why Canera would want them ... |
