If you buy enough shares back with company money it will be much easier to take it private down the road with a the smaller amount of shares outstanding. |

Thanks Guy. Would be nice to see an activist type fund get involved here as has happened with Ithaca Energy. Hopefully Medco fills this roll, someone or something needs to get Ed going. |

Too scare up shares for the buyback? Maybe when they check with brokerages they are finding that poeple are not lined up to sell at $2.45? Not sure but the timing is darn odd. |
