I understand that Barney and it makes sense what you are sayin,g but I am afraid they are going to do to Arcan what they did with SCS which is drop the thing to .10 cents a share and then buy it out at .30 which.... Now I am not sure if CPG or PB... |

i am only specualting, but i think that this the reason for the share price decline. in any case. the market does not think Arcan is going to be taken over by CPG or PBN. |
