That is also the way I understand it. The cash position of TLN is more than the price they offered to buy. May be I don't understand what they really meant. ( excluding the cash position of TLN !) I on't mind to pay 10$ to buy a compan... |

Ray, I agree with your logic and voted RW withheld and also withheld the 10% option. It is my dicision and hopefully RW team get the message that shareholders are not to be treated as irgnorants. I also know my vote does not change the outcome. ... |

Without the prospect of drilling snv is going to stay at 7 cents, or worst, keep on going down. If snv just start preparing to drill the sp will jump to 25 c, and when the rig is moving and news of drilling will commence, the sp will hit 60 cents... |
