Way ahead of yourselves on a merger people, although its seems the pounds are adding up fast. And WT the reason you would see FCU as an operator in the NR is because they would be responsible for the accuracy of the NR. Not sure why that bothers... |

The difference in m/c is the cash and share structure. FCU has more volume. Sometimes share restructuring can work for you or against you, needless to say its all it will be all equivalent in the end! |
