Well, Whiskey is now right on the button..the company's assets will be taken into account not market cap..and cash postions may come into play (though they are similar right now)..if one company has $1 in cash and the other $20 million pursua... |

Whiskey, I believe it will be the value of the assets that determines any merger and not market values/caps..both own 50% of PLS but there are a few other asset differences that haven't proven up much value yet eg PLN..so if it stays that way... |

from what I read, the $850K is some form of revenue or net backs..what other costs did ARW incur to produce that oil plus G&A..i wouldn't say the $850K is cash profits..i think the cash profit number is somewhat less so its difficult to v... |
