    Broad based dumping of small stocks continues across all sectors as we test the 2012 lows hit this summer. Risk avoidance running extremely high this week thanks to an economic mess in Europe and the United States - and it doesn't help in the U.S. that their housing bailout fund announced they will run out of money soon because of continued high mortgage defaults.

    Prior to the U.S. election they made it sound like U.S. housing was looking great - funny how the exact opposite appears to be the truth.
