There are now two types of videos on BNN. There are the original videos that covered various program segments and now there the BNN Broadband Videos that cover interviews and other matters.
Previously, I received the "original videos" without a problem. However since they switched to Windows Media Player 11 as the "requirement", I have had a problem. The video scree appears and the script says that the program is loading (seems to take forever). Then the message says playing and the screen blips briefly. This is followed almost immediately by another message that the video is loading. When the message indicates that the video is ready and you click on the "run" button, the process starts over - very frustrating.
With regard to the "Broadband Videos" i get a message that I have an unsupported operaing system. It requires Windows 2000, Windows XP or Vista.
I sent them a message and was told that they are looking into it. As I said in my message, it is nice the the BNN techies can run this on Media Player 11. But what good id it if the "REAL USERS" cannot run the videos. Time to satisy the real users. No reply!!
