    • In 1971, an exploration of the rich gold occurrences of the tributaries of the Tiger
River was undertaken by the?Government of Guyana Geological Surveys?and?Mines
Department. This?survey examined the Johannes, Williams, Fate, and?Dazier?Creeks
    which are?all contained within?the?boundaries of?the?Tiger River?Gold Property. Two
areas with open pit possibilities were outlined in the Dazier? and Goodhope? Creek
heads respectively.?Between these two?areas?and?along strike, laterite covered hills

area.?The?report?from?this survey?describes many of the old?underground and surface
workings found in this area. In Williams Creek head, at least seven adits? and one
shaft were driven. It is estimated that about 500 feet of adits?remained open for
further sampling and prospecting. One tunnel heading into the Williams Creek
section returned the following gold values as reported by the Financial Post of

Thanks a lot for posting this.

People are so focused on the Fennel pit (understandably so) that often the adjacent properties are overlooked.

It will be very interesting to see how managment undertakes the drilling program over the next couple of months. I image that they will build more support by quantifying the "known" gold deposits, but expect them to sneak a drill over to the sleeper properties as well.

Either way, I am very pleased how this is coming together.

P.S...I can only imagine what the annoucement on commenced prossessing on the stockpile will do.

Yes these guys have a lot going on.  Looking at the presentation they outline exactly what they are doing on the Fennel and the Wenot pits......but they have a LOT of other targets on the property that they don't outline. It will indeed be very interesting to see what they pull out of their trick bag.  The boneyard, stockpile, other discoveries and other satellite areas could end up being bigger than what the pits have to offer.  Stay tuned.  This run is just beginning to 5, 10, maybe 15 dollars.  They are shaking out the tree right now cause they know the first big news is coming in a matter of weeks.  When that first assay arrives watch out.
