the date of the settelement was always unknown-you held the shares not knowing how soon the settlement date would occur or be into the future. and they were always free trading so that liquidity was not an issue and could be held or sold or trade... |

Shaw,with the court descision after hours on march 1 friday....(imo).Its more likely that friday & not the following monday for the record of date. Buying on the new release would be crazy & unfair for us who held for years. stay tuned

rkh-non shareholders can still participate-as i do not believe the company has set a record date of applicability yet-otherwise that block purchase a litlte while ago of some 9million shares by that trading hedge fund who disclosed they purchased...
