I agree. But then again, they have been talking about that very thing since last autumn's AGM. Let's just hope the price comes close to offsetting the bath that most of us are currently taking.

Well it seems an obvious sign that there will be some sort of merger/takeover in the offing... just my opinion.

"The grant of these incentive stock options reflects the recommendations resulting from a recently concluded compensation study that was initiated by the board of directors in 2012, and is intended to align the interests of the company's...

They unloaded some land and took a loss on it. The land contained old wells that were going to cost over $2 million to deactivate, but now those costs belong to the new buyer. The active wells on that land were much more expensive to operate than...

Does anybody have an opinion on the latest Sedar report?>
5/22/2013 7:37:40 AM 4

Iroquois is worried about the tsunami of shares being eligible for sale so they are pushing for some uptake so they can GET OUT!!
5/21/2013 12:02:27 PM

Then it would be interesting to know who just bought almost 300,000 shares at 14.5 cents this morning? Level 2 says anonymous, but my curiosity is piqued. With all the negatives surrounding the company of late, why buy in now?
5/21/2013 11:54:23 AM

I believe either in June or after June, all the Great GulfSCAM shares will be eligible for sale. GET OUT BEFORE THESE SHARES COME ON THE MARKET! GFP will be trading at 3 cents a share in three months....SELL>...
5/21/2013 10:54:10 AM 4

I took a shot at GFP about a year ago when it was in the high 20 - low 390 cent range but got out then and stayed out, thank god.

So, until the legal dept. have had their billable hr quotates hit, and the business of building production vs...I am not sure here anymore...You all can find me attempting to make investments and a return on said investments, somewhere else.

So Iroquois as not responded, maybe they have been wornd by GFP to stay quiet >
5/15/2013 10:06:35 AM 4

Cheers, and get an experienced CEO. Also, dump the rich kid consultants. Very disappointing to see this trade so low.
5/9/2013 9:50:43 AM 4

The first and best thing Gale force could do is dump Scott Paterson from the board of directors. Paterson has a checkered past going back to his days at Yorkton Securities over a decade ago.
5/9/2013 5:13:09 AM 4

Weak response by management. Iroquois may have understated their deficiencies.
5/1/2013 9:02:55 PM 3

no wonder it took so long to respond, they were almost writting a novel, when I see so much info this means that something is smelly,
5/1/2013 4:14:06 PM 3

While the reply is an adequate response to the Iroquois letter, it also shows that it is highly unlikely that the company will be executing any tasks in the next few months to unlock the value of the oil/gas reserves. In terms of production and ...

Gale Force responds to Iroquois LetterDALLAS, May 1, 2013 /CNW/ - Gale Force Petroleum Inc. (TSXV: GFP) (OTCQX: GFPMF) (the "Company" or "Gale Force") today responded to the letter dated April 25, 2013 (the "Letter") ...
5/1/2013 9:36:36 AM 3

I agree ROBENOIR. No excuse for making us wait this long after someone called them out and told the truth about their poor performance, weak management and lack of leadership at the Board level. Scott Patterson was supposed to help, but when I lo...
5/1/2013 8:54:07 AM 3

Well GFP was suppose to reply to Iroquois, how comme it s taking them so much time, do they have something to hide and are trying to find a way of manipulating us . If it is so clear and cut they should have responded in the hours that there comp...
4/30/2013 8:00:03 PM 4

that's a very interesting letter ... but it may not be entirely the management fault ... ARW has 22% insiders ownership, big particiaption from the CEO and still highly undervalued at .30 on 1000boed current production ... well, hope bot...
4/26/2013 11:46:59 AM

Cant wait for response, looks by the way stock as been trading for the last year that there is a lot of manipulation>
4/26/2013 10:46:46 AM 4

I think it is ridiculous that management is now on a conference call somewhere strategizing a response. Sounds like The Board has weak leadership that enjoys drama over results. Iroquois is right. McLellan doesn't have skin in the game and ta...
4/26/2013 10:26:38 AM 4

Thanks for reminding me that there is always 2 sides to a story
4/25/2013 6:57:53 PM 4

While I agree that McLellan and other managers and board members need to get a lot more skin in the game to prove to shareholders that they are serious about GFP, I also see the letter as self serving to Iroqouis. Less than 2 years ago they w...

what they have said is the felling of most of the shareholders, acting the way they are ( M,McLellan ) he is interested in his own pocket especialy profiting so much but having only 305,000 shares, this is not a good witness to future investors w...
