Just curious what would happen when Novus does update us on the process. YE and Qtr 4 results are coming and they will have to say something on the Strategic Alternative process. Anyone cost averaging today? |

novus management curently has 3,000,000 at .6 = 750,000 and 1,100,000 at .82 = 33,000 = 783,000. That would give the head people aroung a $100,000 payout at these prices. Not a big bonus. Big incentive to sell way higher.

No doubt that they have to sell the company now given that they are probably out of credit to drill. They would probably make it into Q3 because they aren't drilling during the spring breakup so no out flows. I don't see the poison pill... |

This is a great company, great assets, extremely undervalued. Could easily sell for Low 1.00 range. Only fools would sell this company based on board not taking a Low ball offer. |

From the information that I received the company has drilled/completed 17 new wells in Q1 as well as completed the 3 wells from Q4 (total 20 wells completed). Everything appears to be going good, I just wish that they would release "anything...
