the market has already hammered the stock. unrealistic dividend payments benefits no one. they will eliminate div and pay down debt or use the money for a real accretive acqusition. dont buy just because they have a good yield today. those that p...

Per the Q3 report, NAV is $4.544/share, so the current price is a 50% discount to NAV. The NAV has been dropping for the past year, but that should stabilize with the new dividend policy and should alctally start growing again.
