Payoff depends on what you mean. If the PTAB goes very well then institutions will become INTERESTED and may initiate a position, as this patent will be a money making vehicle. Until now this notion has been on hold for many until we see whether... |

This is a major event for 01. We have waited five and a half years for a PTAB final decision. I don`t know if it will take six weeks or six months but when the final decision comes (and if it is favourable to 01) the share price will fly. Here i... |

Apparently the public were allowed to be present at PTAB and at least one observer with no axe to grind for either side, felt that things went well for 01. It seemed at one point where the Citrix lawyer was attempting to suggest a broader defi... |

Bubbajoe was at the meeting on the 23rd Apr in Toronto and asked many questions. He sai he would start to blog once things picked up in several months following the outcomes of events. All is well. We just need to wait it out. |

It is all a huge risk and one needs a huge pair and a strong stomach. It's like the run for the cup it will happen or not happen and in one Toronto team it sunk hatd . Be strong but walk a fine line on your target price. It may get harder ...

"Andrew has become a wealthy man thanks to 01s shareholders." - Well stated Blue, and the last thing that any of us shareholders want to end up doing if this doesn't work out is being left holding Andrew's bag. |

I have absolutely no faith in Judge Hilton making any ruling in 01`s favour. Zero expectations of anything positive from him. But each step in the process must be followed - no skipping ahead. After the JMOL ruling B&H can go to the CAFC and...

Good post. If Judge Hilton is able to recognize the authority and ruling of the CAFC and in this context identify that the arguments of Logmein are improperly introduced and accepted, then he will be in a positon to reexamine and reverse the ver... |

I would think that B&H would have been present when the judge responded to the Jury’s question re location facility. What is not clear is how the judge replied. From my reading of the judge’s summary instructions to the jury, it ...

Would B&H not have been immediately aware of the judges response to the jury? It certainly is contained in the court record. Safe to assume that the incorrect (logmeins) definition was used, otherwise, no basis for the appeal. Having said a... |

Andrew has become a wealthy man thanks to 01s shareholders. No one ever questions his salary, his options, his bonus plan and his seperate agreement with his "development" company. The sword hangs over all of us, not AC. Meantime the ...

Excellent analysis. Hilton has already been shot down by the CAFC once in this case. He may not be so eager to be potentially overridden again. In the meantime we also await the PTAB decision. The sword of Damocles continues to hang over AC... |

I`m still breaking it down sentence by sentence but I start with this; Both sides liked the wording used and both sides agreed that claim 24 would be the only claim for the jury to deliberate on. During deliberations the jury sent a note to the j...

Many longs have apparently owned this stock down to 11 cents 5 years ago and have been infinitely patient. It is not impossible that B&H catches Judge Hilton on a good day. If the judge can be made to see that no reasonable jury could reall... |

No doubt. BUT that won't happen with Hilton. B&H will be forced to apply to the CAFC and hope that they are willing to hear the appeal. No guarantee. And that is the better part of a year away. Amazed that there is so much excitement ...

If 01 is able to indicate that the LOGM claim construction may have been used to educate the jury rather than the 01 claims construction then they have a fair chance of reversal of judgement etc.. I'm sure B&H is busy getting their ducks... |
