For anyone left who cares. $0-$50K in assets, $1M-$10M in liabilities. If there was any doubt that there's no hope for a recovery, that removes it. http://business-bankruptcies.com/cases/bluescout-technologies-ltd |

I wonder if they'll lift the halt or if the TSX will go straight to a cease trade order. Shareholders should keep their certificates either as toilet paper or keepsakes. Who knows if the Vindicator takes off and saves the wind industry like w...

I definitely failed to do my DD on this stock. My DD was that Hunter Hall did their DD but obviously that was incorrect. I know how the Aussies are it's no worries mate, lost 10 million no worries mate, I'm an idiot no worries mate. F ... |

It'll still help, just under its original name and owner. Hunter Hall basically dug their own grave because they are the ones who led the ousting of Rogers. That set in the domino effect of SCT trying to reverse engineer the Vindicator and th...

It's a shame. The product could have helped a lot of wind operators. Too bad it got all messed up with the former CEO leaving and suing. I wonder how many millions Hunter Hall lost on this deal. |

Why do you say that? Because I come up with an argument against your stock that you can't defend against? BTW MKI's 4.5 bids are clearing up nicely. Should hit 4 cents soon on its way down.

No, I saw the writing on the wall and got out profitably a long time ago...exactly the same as MKI. I hang around here because I always though there'd be a good buying opportunity at some point in time, but the wheels just absolutely fell apart. |

CTW didn't own the IP, OADS did. CTW had an agreement to use the IP to produce their product. After the old CEO left, CTW (the company) decided to consider the contract with OADS null and void. It's basically a big mess and nobody will wi...

Especially when this company is a public company, investors invest in the company based on the fact that the company has such assets, not a ceo. It cann't be that all of a sudden it is gone, taken away by someone. I'm sure during the time... |

I think Jo Major and Hunter Hall's strategy was actually to lose their investment as fast as possible. I will say that it was a very bold strategy and I followed their lead. So far it's working I have lost about 96-98% of my investment ...

No, it's the opposite I think. OADS owned the rights to the Vindicator that's why the deal with Axys. What SCT did was reverse engineer it, allegedly take out all the patented OADS stuff and rebrand everything. This is just my guess, I do... |

It would be easier said than done. Technically yes the company owned it, but it was his creation. Even though he was paid well during his tenure as CEO I can see how he would react if the company is trying to "steal" his baby from him. ... |

If Phil was smart he would have supported the company after he left (or was removed). He would have reaped large rewards due to his large stock position in the company. He didn't have a license to the tech, CTW did. Nobody wins the way things...
