Does anyone know what will the impact of new accounting standards and interpretations (i.e. IFRS13, IFRS10, IAS28, etc) be on shoppers? Is there any information on how Shoppers will try to mitigate the effects of Targets coming in? JT |

There was a big increase in the shorts for Shoppers in January. I expect we may go sub $ 40, but I will probably add a few more on the dips. Long term I think the prospects are good.

good for consumers, bad for shareholders of drug store stocks Might be a buying opportunity but I sold my SC - there are better stocks to buy, that the government is not interfering with :( BB

It was a very rough day for Shoppers need I say...My guess is lots of stop loss sells were triggered, resulting in the large volume we saw today.I did, in fact buy some more today....Monday will tell if I got it right or not....Best.....SHUMBA> |
