I would get nervous around assessment filing time. Periodically it was my job to pay the fees and submit the Assessment papers for our claims, and then VERIFY that everything was OK. I even had a nightmares about desperately searching mining rec...

why should anybody lose their jobs if RPM wins. CDE can purchase the land and all is well, ignorance of the law is not an excuse. If RPM did not bring up the fee issue, CDE would be illegally mining state land, thus stealing from the citizens.
