Yeah you are most likely right. Give it a few months and I will have enough cash saved up in dividends to make a new buy and still keep Riocan. I guess patience is the key which is hard for me sometimes. |

I have been tempted many times to sell some of my Riocan, but you know, I just never do.....it's too good of a stock to sell. I'd be holding unless you're seeing some really good deal out there? |

First post on REI.UN board. I agree FreeCheez, good stock and getting to be real attractive price for more. I'm originally in at $19.70 back in 2010....sitting back and loving the dividend ever since. Good luck all and good investing. gr8

The fear of interest rate hikes in the near future is slicing a big chunk of gains off any stock that is paying a divy. Most REITS are down over 10 percent in the last several trading days. Looks like a rotation going on.
