5/16/2013 11:22:57 AM

from agor "gold looking suspicious", yea the're under a spell alright :}).
5/15/2013 10:34:10 AM

Yes, that is my understanding....so if you are Dave t oyou get all strategic and stuff by drilling to 450 metres and spacing it properly to find gold....or do you punch 10 x 100 m deep and say....gee whiz didn't find anything. REC is broke Da...
5/15/2013 10:32:44 AM 1

what's good? i think when they drilled the REC, it was based soley on airborn geophysic anomalies, without geochem or outcrop showings, as far as i know, from some d.d. not to say there hasn;t been decoveries since. what happened to the agor...
5/14/2013 5:43:06 PM

Gobbly, It's good ....yes I have forgotten about the LSG hole. Could be nothing ? Or maybe they want LSG to report...as they are 51 % ( i believe ). If it's not a material ( identical to other holes in the area ). Then no requirement f...
5/14/2013 12:19:38 PM

anyway i dont sweat the small stuff as long as probe is doing such a great job doing the most important thing which is continuing to hit good intersepts of gold.
5/14/2013 11:16:20 AM

some good points there low, they didn't even mention REC in their MD&A later, i just put it down to it not being material. wasn't it simmilar with the LSG option hole? maybe they only mentioned the nose drilling because they had a goo...

I agree it does seem like something is going on. I still find it bizarre that the financing was done at $2.00 I've never seen such a premium on a financing before. Has anyone else ever seen this? Must be something big on the way. Couple more ...
5/13/2013 11:52:57 PM 5

All I can say is that something is going on ( of course I'm just guessing:))). Just hang on for a while. Max

What do you guys think about this. With over $30 million dollars in th bank why do we need more money now at these low share price values. Is it a bit crazy to think other that the rich zone areas at hole 256 SE that they might be thinking of ...
5/13/2013 12:42:03 PM 5

it's a flow thru deal - only available to Canadians, for one thing. Rights issues take a considerable time to consumate and give no guarantee of successful completion.
5/13/2013 11:03:33 AM

To me I think they made the wrong deal first. I think it would be better if we had those land deals all lock up before making a deal with that hated BMO group. Anyway let us wait and see what this new week brings our way. Why Dave Palmer did ...
5/13/2013 10:25:07 AM

Gobbly, You are correct...flow through can only go into exploration..!!! I assume they are looking for more land...awful quiet....be nice to see cash for chromite ( probably dreaming ) and a lot more land in between the two main zones....GLTA
5/12/2013 4:37:20 PM

it is my understanding the flowthrough moneys must be spent on work programs on a property in a certian time. that means lots of action comming up! and that frees up other moneys for potental acquisions.

The note in my last post says: "Note: Just saw PRB cash of $40M as of December 2012 (see top of Agoracom board for PRB) , rather than $32M, so presumably $8M worth of (old) wts have been exercised before year-end. Hence the revised total cas...

Thank-you for the math and clarification on your part. They obviously know something we don't and have a lot of confidence in the end game. Good luck to all. Very tough market, and hopefully the cream will rise to the top. Wondering if they ...

of course its a good deal..the buyers could have bought the shares in the market for 1.30 or less but they paid $2 for the tax advantages of the flow thrus plus 0.75 of a well out of the money warrant..the 65-70% premiun for flow thru units is un...

Bailey, Your post says: "Do the math. It was almost a 2 for 1 sale. They got almost 2 shares for 2 bucks. You must have forgot about the .75 full share warrant." No way! Here is the math using my calculator from the Dollar store, the o...

They didn't pay a 75 per cent premium for the share. Do the math. It was almost a 2 for 1 sale. They got almost 2 shares for 2 bucks. You must have forgot about the .75 full share warrant.
5/11/2013 9:27:24 AM 1

Low High, I assume....you are probably right...a low dollar buyout 2.50 to 3.00 to 3.50 and done.....looks possible. Don't forget the Chromite...I think Cliff's is playing possum to get the Chromite for a song.... At a cap of 95 million X...

LowHigh, A deal at 75% premium over the SP on the previous day is not too shabby, given the current market condition and the depressing POG. 7.5M shares @2.00 = $15M which is about the same as amount that would have been coming from the expired w...
5/10/2013 4:24:26 PM 4

they got excellent pricing on this deal.
5/10/2013 4:15:22 PM

It is extremely difficult to raise money in the current market environment, so this is a very good sign for Probe. ...and, to paraphrase a common saying in the mining industry... 'if someone wants to give you capital, take it!'
