Yes, that is my understanding....so if you are Dave t oyou get all strategic and stuff by drilling to 450 metres and spacing it properly to find gold....or do you punch 10 x 100 m deep and say....gee whiz didn't find anything. REC is broke Da... |

what's good? i think when they drilled the REC, it was based soley on airborn geophysic anomalies, without geochem or outcrop showings, as far as i know, from some d.d. not to say there hasn;t been decoveries since. what happened to the agor...

Gobbly, It's good ....yes I have forgotten about the LSG hole. Could be nothing ? Or maybe they want LSG to report...as they are 51 % ( i believe ). If it's not a material ( identical to other holes in the area ). Then no requirement f... |

anyway i dont sweat the small stuff as long as probe is doing such a great job doing the most important thing which is continuing to hit good intersepts of gold.

I agree it does seem like something is going on. I still find it bizarre that the financing was done at $2.00 I've never seen such a premium on a financing before. Has anyone else ever seen this? Must be something big on the way. Couple more ...

What do you guys think about this. With over $30 million dollars in th bank why do we need more money now at these low share price values. Is it a bit crazy to think other that the rich zone areas at hole 256 SE that they might be thinking of ...

it's a flow thru deal - only available to Canadians, for one thing. Rights issues take a considerable time to consumate and give no guarantee of successful completion. |

To me I think they made the wrong deal first. I think it would be better if we had those land deals all lock up before making a deal with that hated BMO group. Anyway let us wait and see what this new week brings our way. Why Dave Palmer did ...

Gobbly, You are correct...flow through can only go into exploration..!!! I assume they are looking for more land...awful quiet....be nice to see cash for chromite ( probably dreaming ) and a lot more land in between the two main zones....GLTA |

it is my understanding the flowthrough moneys must be spent on work programs on a property in a certian time. that means lots of action comming up! and that frees up other moneys for potental acquisions.

The note in my last post says: "Note: Just saw PRB cash of $40M as of December 2012 (see top of Agoracom board for PRB) , rather than $32M, so presumably $8M worth of (old) wts have been exercised before year-end. Hence the revised total cas... |

They didn't pay a 75 per cent premium for the share. Do the math. It was almost a 2 for 1 sale. They got almost 2 shares for 2 bucks. You must have forgot about the .75 full share warrant. |

Low High, I assume....you are probably right...a low dollar buyout 2.50 to 3.00 to 3.50 and done.....looks possible. Don't forget the Chromite...I think Cliff's is playing possum to get the Chromite for a song.... At a cap of 95 million X...

LowHigh, A deal at 75% premium over the SP on the previous day is not too shabby, given the current market condition and the depressing POG. 7.5M shares @2.00 = $15M which is about the same as amount that would have been coming from the expired w... |

It is extremely difficult to raise money in the current market environment, so this is a very good sign for Probe. ...and, to paraphrase a common saying in the mining industry... 'if someone wants to give you capital, take it!' |
