Trading very low volume but moved up from the lows quite easily, not much resistence above. I wonder what the odds are that PMU gets awarded over 300 MIllion $ from the El Salvador govt.... I suspect some deal will be made, some concessions, tax...

It will be the clue that the arbitration announcement - in PMU's favour - is imminent. There's no way they'll keep the decision a secret, too many leaks in the bureaucracy of the arbitration body.
